Becoming a Supplier with Raydon

At Raydon, we seek Suppliers who demonstrate exemplary integrity and possess core competencies that result in strategic differentiation in competitive pricing.  As critical to Raydon, are companies with vested knowledge in the continuous improvement process, and implementation of those techniques across the company.  We should be able to view those measurable results be reviewing a Supplier's:

  • past performance ratings, quality procedures and processes;
  • cost and cycle time reduction programs;
  • lean manufacturing environments;
  • engineering relationships that proactively support design for manufacturability (DFM);
  • technological or service advantages,
  • internal and external audit processes and ceritifications,
  • safety history, and
  • innovations for delivery of goods or services.

Step 1:

NDA and ITAR Compliance:

All Suppliers must complete a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) form.  Please click on the links below for these forms.   Please contact your buyer or Raydon contact for the NDA form; for the ITAR form click on the link below.   Please ensure a duly authorized representative of your company signs the form and emails a PDF copy to the Raydon Procurement Representative.   Note, if you have any questions please include them in your return email. 

Step 2:

W9 and Reps & Certs

The next phase of the Supplier vetting program is to complete and return an executed copy of the W-9 "Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification" and Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) form.   PLEASE do not complete these forms unless directed by the Raydon Procurement representative.

Note: Supplier shall also review and comply with government requirements, 41 CFR Chaper 60, concerning provisions for equal opportunity and affirmative action: Raydon Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Statement.

Supplier QA Survey:

Depending on the nature of the Service or Commodity, or demands from our customer, Raydon may require your company to complete a supplier self-assessment survey.   Additionally, a pre-award site survey of your facility may be necessary as well.
